... that is bad looking. The proportions are just bad.

Looks more like Arnam Zola without the teletummy.

I was excited at first, but less so when I realized that this kit is more or less a cannibalized and re-casted Robot Heroes Shockwave that I'd have to paint... :/

Eww. Given the option of taking either this or the Robot Heroes Shockwave that was mutilated to make this, I'd take the Robot Hero every time. And I already own it.

I think the figure looks fine. I'm just saying it might be easier and cheaper for me to just buy an extra Robot Heroes Shockwave to cut up and drill holes into to make this as opposed to buying an unpainted cast from someone who did the same thing.

So it's a cute little Robot Heroes Shockwave diced up and slapped onto a G.I. Joe figure and called a converstion kit?

Mother fucker I haven't touched my RHs in ages, I could've been slicing up those chumps and selling them as kits!

Going to leave my squad regular as I've seen Techno vipers in the Marvel Gijoe vs Transformers G2 comics and they are a kille valuer or retail price considering all the gear.

Nice idea for those who have the shockwave SDCC hiss Tank and want a shockwave driver to go in it.

Looks like Geoff Senior's Marvel G1 art.

Wow guys really calm down on the hate front.
SWG is doing something, hes being creative and sharing what hes created. Until you guys take a chance at making something and putting it out into the world I think you should pull back on all the doubt-casting for a hot minute.
It might not be your cup of tea per say, but someone might really enjoy this and it might be beyond their skill set to make happen so they pick this up.
Who knows, but one way or the other someone is creating something and I give him credit for that.
As a custom caster and kit maker I know how hard this is to do and know the work that goes into it so maybe I'm a bit biased but cut the man some slack already.

    ... Hi, SWG.

And no one is insulting the maker, but rather the fact that it... doesn't really work. The GI Joe proportions don't really work for this, especially since the figure has no neck to speak of.

I think the custom idea is neat, I just think modding an existing RH Shockwave figure would be easier since the kit comes unpainted. The finished piece in the images even look like it's using the Robot Heroes figure and not a painted version of the kit.

Why use a RH shockwave for parts? It looks really goofy, like he's in a Halloween costume or something.

I hate to say this, but they should have done something like Jin did with his GI Joe/Megaman figures and rather than stick on robotic parts to a very human body, "reimagine" the characters are humans (potentially armored ones). Granted, Jin's version of Megaman and Protoman and the like were... quite terrible looking, the later Robot Masters were pretty cool.

don't matter who paints this up it will still look really really bad! sticking a shockwave head on a dog turd would probably look better
