Mee too. I think those new heads look fantastic. I would be interested in an upgrade set for all of my chrome dinos. Also waiting for the flame effects to be sold separately - instant buy.

So I ordered mine before this was announced, but it was a good deal, and I’m not keen on the excessive battle damage look.

I only ordered my Grassor around 10 days ago so I as really surprised and impressed to find the parcel waiting yesterday!

When I saw the package, I figured it would be the Fanstoys version of Snarl which I ordered over a month ago*.

Anyway, I haven’t transformed him yet, but a very impressive robot mode. I knew he would be big, but was still somewhat taken aback at how big! Around the same height as Siege Jetfire (I think very slightly shorter at the head but the hood/dinohead protrudes a bit higher) and much more dense.

And lots of extras and options. Very impressed.

* not an issue as it’s coming economy and it’s not due until the 13th. This one was due the 25th though, so I guess they sent this airmail. I believe both came from China. (I live in England.)

That's an excellent new face sculpt for Grassor. But I'm not interested in buying more Dinobots. - I'd love to have a new head for Gaudenter, though. Upgrade set sounds great.

 

I'm probably going to resort to eBay, but Showz is now sold out of the Metallic Grassor, anyone else have him in stock besides eBay?

 

If I were to ever get one of the 3P Dinobots, it'd be this one. I don't want all 5 but I like Slag's design, and this is such a dope figure.
This is tempting to me - I don't know about that silver head, it looks ok, and I could probably turn it black real easy.

 

Slightly off topic, but I've noticed the eyes on the chrome grimlock and sludge are a bit dull. Anyone know of any stickers you can use to brighten them up?

 

a few weeks ago i ordered chrome version, but metallic version arrived instead. i can see where the error was made, the box has big clear writing on it saying "HQ02" but there was a little barcode sticker label applied with "HQ02R" written on it.

 

That totally sucks man,I could've sworn this happen with the Guttur Reissue too.

Hang tight. I’m giving some serious thought as to which grassor I might need to unload. I have chrome, metallic and soon I’ll have the weathered one. That is probably overkill and I’ll have to decide if metallic or chrome go on the chopping block. FYI. Keep you posted if interested in a fair priced preowned. Adult displayed.
