Do you think that ankle piece is easy to get out of the leg (without it being broken lol) so a duplicate part can be made? From what I can see it only looks like it's a thin, rounded rectangular piece with two holes. That would be very easy to duplicate if you made a simple mold of it and cast it.

Just a thought. I have to keep all options open because I can't afford broken parts!  

 

Oh most definitely. It's a small piece that screws into the support on the foot. Easy to remove.
Instead of just saying "We are Gigapower and we are going to crush FT Soar by taking some of the design cues and making him bigger" perhaps GP should have put some thought into the engineering of the figure and use some more f'n plastic on his ankles to support the added weight. Good grief.

Get it? You mean the ankle connector? I had some spares leftover after Gigapower sent me the improved feet. This was when they were rocking as a company and helping with issues. Now I guess COVID all but kicked their ass and their service after sales. They never respond to messages. I got lucky.

Time to downsize by like one for now. I have all 4 versions of him. He is truly a remarkable bot and he is just awesome! I really don't need 4 iterations of him. i know for sure the metallic and chrome blue will stay since those pay homage to his original toon colors. Then there are the red chrome and metallic. I think between the 2, the chrome will have to go. I like the metallic more. I absolutely HATED the stands. They are just garbage and take up space. I also read of people whose Gaudenters fell off the stand at times and it doesn't surprise me. The little connectors suck balls. That is my opinion. So yea, I have one to give up and he will be priced a lot less compared to the Showz price because he is minus the stand. I got rid of all 4 of them because they were space hogs and I did not need them. I will post pics of the red in my sales thread later. He has been in bot mode all his shelf life and his wings are tight!

Who knows. The pandemic jacked up a lot of things. Maybe, GP just took a pause till things settled and they will be back. They entered the market for the dinobots so we shall see if they have more to come. Keep the faith alive bro.
