Just got him today. Can't stop messing with him... It's already been a couple hours. Way past my bedtime now. Zombie mode at work tomorrow.

IMG_20190521_173656.jpg Well this just happened... Be cautious folks. The thumb hinge is really thin and I didn't apply alot of force whatsoever.
    EDIT
    - So besides the thumb breakage,I spent about an hour @ trying to transform him and it sucks as my left arm gets all jammed up and won't come back out w/o ALOT of force pulling it out. Even with the whole un-tabbing that "Top" part it just won't budge. To think I've survived all the past GP Dino's Transformation's w/o any issues and Gaudenter has the easiest transformation it cracks me up in a way. Anyways if anyone has the same issues with the arm getting jammed up like mine let me know if there's a fix or solution.

Someone mentioned this very issue earlier in the thread. You should check it out. Mine is ok, so i think it's isolated cases.

A couple of people had the same issue with the arm not collapsing easily, myself included. The fix involved taking the torso apart. Which was easier than expected.

Good news. You might not need to take apart the torso to fix your Swoop's collapsing mechanism. You just need to pinpoint what's wrong. For me, it was a case of extra plastic that needed to be trimmed.

To start, you should collapse the the bottom half of the torso by itself. The odds are that both sides will snap into place fine.
    20190522_131125.jpg
Use the buttons to pop them out.

Now transform his bot arms for dino mode and lift it out of the way. Push just the top half of the troublesome side into the torso with the bot arm slightly lifted. (Note: My pic doesn't have the arm transformed and it's lifted too high to collapse.)
    20190522_132237.jpg

The upper half should be able to move past the lower half into the torso. That was my problem. The piece of flash stopped the upper half from sliding past the lower half. You can see in the pic below where the upper half was hitting the lower half.
    20190522_130547.jpg
You can also see where I trimmed the upper half for clearance. I took my Swoop apart to fix him but, if you have the same problem, you can just trim it with a sharp x-acto or box cutter. All you need is a steady hand since you don't wanna mess up his finish.

Yeah...I checked that (all have the positive side facing the spring side of the compartment, negative facing the bump). Seems, if anything, the remote may be shot. Or both lights. That kind of sucks. :/

I like my Gaudenters. I was only planning on getting the chromed out bling versions, but I was curious on the metallic version and the flame accessories. I like the metallic too and that is enough for me. Cool bots for sure. I will say that GP must have gone back to the drawing board on the feet (maybe) because the metallic does not have the tilting issue like my two choir ones which have rather loose feet. I still like Soar and have no intention of letting either of those go. yay!

I know it's either the pics or my eyesight but the metallic red and blue look a little faded or pastel to me, while the chrome ones look a lot sharper.
