From these I can see a slightly more compelling reason to upgrade, he looks pretty tasty.
I'm tempted to put an order in for HQ-01R Superator.
Huh? It just came out this past weekend in Asia.
All the more reason to buy from them. Get it quicker, get it cheaper.
I saved sixty bucks canceling my order through TFSource and buying with Baba.
Wow. That's a big difference.
What was baba's price?
Did you go through baba's Ebay store or his non-Ebay site?
Which version did you get?

GigaPower - Gigasaurs - HQ01R Superator - Chrome Version
Come on someone, Superator and Grinder side by side!
Well crap... I've been convinced by @GRAW to get this guy. I guess I'll put a version of Reximus up for sale.
I see Superator's dino mode lower body/tail touching the ground, while the MP-08 OSKO is able to stand without touching the ground.
I prefer the OSKO dino mode in your pictures, but can Superator lift it's (dino) body off the ground?
Graw's pics from the page before and the pictures on the box both depict him standing with the tail off the ground. also the sun of the empire video shows him standing with the tail off the ground as well. so yes, there are multiple sources showing it can be done.
I did see the box pics, but those are probably test shots.
In all the other photos in this thread, the dino legs seem to spread outwards like they're not able to hold the weight of the dino, so I just want to confirm if it can hold it's own weight in dino mode.
Well, he had the chrome for $175.99 and two for $170.99 each.
So, the total of $362.5 with taxes. Which, after taxes through TFSource, would've been $423.98.
well, if you are still doubting it you can watch Sun of the Empire's video, don't really know why you are pushing this so hard. makes me wonder if you are just on here trying to throw shade and be an ass.
Total Deal breaker since his tail is always on the ground.!.!! Seriously can't wait to see next nitpick on Superator for the folks who have nothing else better to do or have already invested their money on another Grimmy. LMAO
Oh ok. You're getting 2.
Makes me more comfortable selling my Reximus. In Dino mode they're pretty close but the sheen in bot mode is like night and day! Liking the slightly thicker proportions on Giga too.
Next week can't come fast enough, en route via Taobao.
Yep. The bane of displaying in both modes.
which version of Reximus is that? and how do i know i am getting that one when ordering it online. As far as I know there are three versions? the blue tintet silver armed one, the normal hasbro deco one and this one.
To me, that one in the pic is kinda the V1, kinda hard to get now. It came out with the blue Marvel comics version and came in a Masterpiece style box with black background and standard masteroiece style photo on the front and bios on the back and instructions. I'm unsure what the comic one came in. The matte Hasbro one was the most recent and from memory based on Bensko YouTube channel that came in a plain brown box with no manual.
There's an X version that's coming / out plus some cell shaded versions. That's all of them I think.
Except they do not sticks very well, I forgot where did I but it and I thought it was just some random symbol laying around until I took the pic of the sheet, I will probably replace it with waterside decals later.
It can definitely support it own weight in most of the angles, may be only the first 2 clicks are not very stable.
I believe it is the OS KO of MP08X, QC is really sucks on mine, but honestly speaking, engineering on Takara Grimlock is far far more superior than GP Superator, GP may looks better from the outside and QC is good, but for internal mechanism, Takara wins hand down.
If one can make the OS KO repainted with GP standard, best of the both world.
