@Deadpool1287, yes in real life that is true a tyrannosaurus is larger than a lion, but this is fantasy. We all suspend our disbelief in reality that sentient robots from planet cybertron, transforms from robot mode to earth based things, so in this reality a lion can be the same size as a tyrannosaurus.
Agreed, they seem larger than they should be !! But I'm also a little disappointed with his legs as well, they seem pretty skinny overall !!!
Looking good to me. Well if the shoulders were smaller it would probably make the Dinosaur legs to small, so to skinny overall! The hole in the back is for the T-rex head to slide in would be my guess maybe that is part of what is propping him up. If the legs were to fat the tail section would be to big and make the alt mode not proportionate maybe we should go back to the toy and have the tail hanging on the side of the leg to add bulk.
I’m the biggest Grimlock fan you’ll meet, BUT even I will be passing on this. 1. Design looks very dated 2. Proportions are completely wrong 3. Very wonky presence (I’ve seen him in person)
this lot take so long i thought fanstoys were bad lucky this is the only dino of theirs i want and have the fanstoys standin
I am giving Gigapower the benefit of doubt, as they earned it. So far 4/5 of there releases are arguably the best dinobots on the market.
Because Grimlock and the rest of the Dinobots are meant to be giant hulking Transformers equivelent of strongmen, and strongmen don't have tiny arms.
Yeah, probably. It would have been possible though for at least one company to have an idea how to shrink those shoulders when transforming Grimlock to robot mode. (Maybe by collapsing the them...) Instead all companies decided to use the dino legs the same way. That's a bit unimaginative.
