Your swoop looks like he has a terminal disease. My condolences.

Also, that table looks unstable for so nice a collection, I hope that's only for a pic!

I'm happy your dinobots are coming together :)

These are now ready, I have a small batch printed for those who are interested. See below for all info.

    *FOR SALE:

3d Printed - Guttur extended head socket

-Remedies the existing head not having any neck or head movement due to the head touching the top of his chest.
-Lifts the head 1/8” above top of his chest
    -allows for front/back & side-to-side head articulation.
    -can still transform with it
-spit apart head and swap head socket

    See Video Demo:

Head can still tuck into his chest with the extended socket
    96F9D19D-209E-4F39-8E8A-8EC86D7D56A1.jpeg

    PRICE:
$6 each + $4.45 US shipping only (via USPS 1-3 day First Class package w/ tracking). Sorry no international shipping.

STL file is free if you can print yourself. I just need an email to forward.

PM me if you are interested in either the part or STL file

Note: the extended head socket is not the same material as the original. I use PLA filament it’s a bit denser material. There are (2) really tiny nubs inside the sockets that mimic the original design that keeps the head in place.

*Much like any plastic rubbing against plastic……just be mindful that there’s a possibility that these tiny nubs (given the size) could get worn out with continuous popping of the head on and off.

**It hasn’t happened to me after several test…but wanted to make it aware since these nubs are very tiny.

3D printed - Guttur gun handle cover

-just makes the existing gun handle “bigger”
    -snaps-on over existing

Do you think an ABS-like resin print would hold up with the neck socket?

i dont print or use resin, so I can’t really speak to that….maybe someone could answer. I know resin can be a bit brittle? I don’t know if it has any flexibility/give to stretch when you pop it it onto a ball joint. Best would just try it…..as I mentioned the STL is free.

Definitely didn’t get scammed on this one. He is glorious. If this isn’t the prettiest, most eye popping thing in my collection, it’s in the top three or so. And I have most of Takara’s, FT’s and several other companies’ heavy hitters. Just perfection. He makes Sever look drab and boring.

The only dilemma, as was the case with Grassor, is which head to go with. I’m leaning towards the red eyed snarling one, mostly because the blue eyes aren’t chromed on the other head and they get lost in the shadow of the helmet a little.

Got em! Baba came through once again. I took a pic of him in his plastic and foam confinement next to Reximus Prime. Only need Sludge and I'll be done with the Giga Dinobots!

I got some of that stuff in chrome. I'll try it and let you know. Just trying to figure out what the best red clear color to put over it is (gonna try to turn Slag's blue eyes to red).

I like my Swoop. I purposely chose the GCreation version because it reminded me more of the original G1 toy, like the other Gigapower dinos do. As far as I'm concerned, my MP Dinobots are complete.

(The table was indeed used for the pic only)

If only they had good customer service. I've been trying for months to get a replacement part and nothing but silence from them. They could at least acknowledge they received one of my messages. I like their product, and glad I have a full set now, but I won't buy anything from them in the future.
