Seeing Megatron like this reminds me of FOC when Megatron finds out Trypticon still functions, but since Megatron is the one in pieces...

The "frost" on his face looks like he got a runny nose that froze solid  

 

Funnily enough, it's accurate when he was frozen in the arctic. He has 2 different models for the head.
