Thats an excellent question. I got no clue at this point.

 

They've been doing it with a lot of the collector lines. Definitely on Legends and Star Wars. I don't know if it is to cut down on scalpers because the stock isn't getting to the average customer or if they got tired of people taking up their employees' time looking for things because the computer shows it is there. My guess would be a bit of both.

I appreciate it, but sadly two of the team seem to be unavailable anywhere, which is what is keeping me from buying any of them.  

Ah well, my fault for procrastinating.  

 

Egon and Winston were the tougher ones to find for sure. The new Winston doesn't look too far off, I don't think...but the new Egon...

Edit: And I would suggest getting what you can right now...never know when the others might pop up at a normal price!

 

The funny thing is I used to see them all every time I went to the stores. It was re-stock after re-stock, and every time I was like "ehhh,I'll get them later"....

I waited too long, and I just wanted the team, but maybe they'll get a 4 pack release later on or something.

 

I was almost in the same boat...but I figured I'd kick myself later if I didn't pick them up. I even got the "Tully's Terrible Night" set off of Pulse last year. I don't think I'm getting the new Afterlife stuff, though. I'm limiting myself to the O.G.'s.

 

I'd love to get a Real Ghostbusters wave from Plasma Series. They could just repaint the wave 1 guys in their RG colors, and then spend the rest of the budget on a couple ghosts from the original toyline.

 

I'd want new heads. Bill Murry looks nothing like cartoon Venkman.
