Power level, in the show, is a great leap beyond that of Megatron. I'd hesitate to say "Unicron" levels though. In truth, I don't think there was ever an evenly matched battle with him - every time he had some sort of advantage. The one time he is in second place for the whole battle, though, he is fighting someone who has maybe 30-50% of a Unicron-type Transformer's power, and he got pretty badly beaten, so I'd say he's well beyond most others in terms of power, but still a long way off of being that powerful. However, unlike past Megatron - Galvatron upgrades, there is a clear leap in terms of strength going on. So he is probably the most powerful, non-godlike TF in his own continuity.
