I haven't posted in a long time so this may seem a bit sketchy, but I lost my job and may need to relocate out of state for a new job. Finally got over to 2nd Chance toys yesterday and I legit spent 2 hours there. Beware of making the mistake I did of thinking it was the original comic shop that's been in the shopping center forever. It's a different shop and they don't have a sign yet because they have only been open for 21 days. The Nostalgia of the place hits you as soon as you walk in. Crapload of stuff in the place and they admittedly haven't even been able to get all of their stock in the place yet. Have TFs, multiple Gobots, Joe's, Star Wars etc. I even saw 2 Captain Power figures and I haven't seen those since 87. Excuse the pic list but I just wanted you guys to get a scope of the place. Check these guys out when you get a chance. (Owner s name is Chance by the way.

Yup. Right off of where Chastain rd intersects with Canton road.

 

Went to the Antique mall on Canton road further up past the fish market. Don't bother with them as they were dry on any toys except the occasional Cabbage patch doll or matchbox car.

 

Did you go to the left when you walked in? There's a big sign that points to where the toys are. It's mostly comic book space, but they have a lot of those marvel legends and other carded action figures, then right next to the exit, there's a big star wars booth.

When I walked in what was to the left was a showroom with glass cases. Then the was the service desk next to the bathrooms. I actually asked the worker if there was a toy section and she said not really. This was in the shopping center with the car tag office. Was that the right place?

 

Went on my normal Target runs thru the north Cobb area and it's dry at both Target and Walmarts....empty pegs abound. I'm guessing it will be dead until Easter. Did see some NECA Defender of the Earth figures at the Woodstock Target on Bells Ferry

 

No, I think you were at the wrong one lol... if you use the link I put in that post, you can see where it is on the map. If you pull up satellite view and drag the little dude to the picture (street view), you can see what the front looks like. I think the one you went to is called big shanty antiques maybe? It's just on the other side of the road from the cobb antique market.

Went to 2nd chance, I met @excelhedge there today nice to meet you! he has so much more, I didn’t get pics, but man he already has sold a shit ton and gotten new stuff, I appreciate everyone who went there , we are really helping this guy grow in business
