So when i got my Generations and United wheeljacks, I gave them spare Tracks missiles but it doesnt quite feel like the G1. I pulled out my G1 accessories and realized that the G1 launchers can clip onto Wheeljacks missile mounts.
Henkei version, which IMHO, is one of the few Takara releases that is not up to snuff with teh US release.
It's more of a teal-like color, and green in other lighting it seems. But yeah, that's one of the Takara figures that looks worse than the American one, lol. And in G1, didn't he just have the single missile launcher on his right shoulder? I just clip the weapon there and have him use his two wrenches or whatever they're supposed to be.
It person it looks like a Forest Green and it is very shiny, whereas the US release is a flat kelly green.. While the US version's shade of green is better...the United one does not look blue like that at all.
I'm too afraid G1 Wheeljack's launchers would break if I plugged them into Generations Wheeljack's clip points.
Yeah, but US WJ has that awesome hunter green molded into some of his parts as well. I freaking love the US edition of WJ.
The original toy had two, as seen in the pic in the original post. Frankly, I think he looks better with the one missile launcher. Giving him two neuters the point of head articulation because then he's like G1 Seaspray in that he can't look to his left or right effectively (as in AT ALL).
I bored out the ends of this side pipes, and use those for his shoulder weapons. It's not like they have any real use in his robot mode, otherwise.
