    Is this normal?

Isn't it supposed to snap in somewhere?

What can I do? This way it is not so cool... blow at it and his upper body falls to the back... :(

Got him today and was all excited, but now I'm really sad :(

Is the cone of the plane flat against the inner portion of his back? Mine will softly "pop" into place as long as the nose cone is flush with the backside, otherwise, he doesn't just hold into place like my Skywarp, or Henkei Cracker. I thought it might just have been mine, but I guess the mold is degrading from so much use?

I can post a picture if you would like to see how mine sits.

Just mold degredation, I guess. The torso only stays shut due to friction at the hinge, and with the tabs at the back of the shoulder intakes.

You can try applying a bit of superglue at the tabs to increase the friction there. That should do the trick.

Yes, everything is like it should, but there is no friction...

Guess I need to do this :(

My Universe SS is like that somewhat too, not as bad as yours is though. He is a loose floopy mess, which is odd since Acid Storm is probably the tightest of my SS clone seekersand he was released a few waves before ss. The Generations Thrust I just got is super tight too. I think because it comes from the Ramjet mold, not the SS mold.

Mine is just barely there, thankfully his arms are attached to his back, so the chest doesn't move when you rotate or play with his arms. Superglue is a good idea, too.

    Yeah, guess that's better ;)
My first idea was to glue his upper body in place, but what is a Transformer you can't transform anymore?

    I really hope superglue works.

I have taken another picture: This is the best his body stays in place...

His left hand is floppy as hell, his wings are kinda floppy and his guns are loose in his arms as well...
But the rest is super tight... this is really strange...

Damn... I should have read some reviews first, like that one: MoonbaseTom Blog Archive Universe Starscream: Now with bleaching power.

If I had known this before, I guess I'd have better pay more for getting a Henkei Starscream, guess he is not that floppy...

I'll get some superglue tomorrow and pray it helps. I really don't enjoy this figure as it is now :(

All I wanted was just to have once a really cool Starscream :(

Same here. 17 figures, 13 different released versions. None of them have this problem.

Superglue didn't help. His upper body doesn't stay in place and goes back by itself. Just like in my last photo. As if his nosecone would not fit in properly. But the nosecone is as it should be... :(

If you don't press the cockpit completely flush against his back before you join the chest and back, it will give the result shown. Try that, it should do the trick.

Yours seems to be a bit more extreme than mine was. Mine was more like the pics in the review you posted. I fixed mine by tightening the screw that is behind it if you don't put the cockpit down it'll be visible. Can't post a pic right now.

In addition to what everyone else said, there is no Generations Starscream, what you have is Universe 2.0 Starscream, just a lil FYI.

Thing is, it IS completely flush. It makes a slight click sound before and seems fine. I can take a pic of that tomorrow. But I have to get ready for a party now, so not much time.
