I know I'm late to the part but I'm gonna dump my mold speculation and leave
    Snaptrap is probably from Hun-Grr
    Seawing could work from Cutthroat
Skalor is will no doubt use Blot's mold
Overbite will be repainted from Rippersnapper
Tentakil probably reuse Blot's mold too
    Nautilator retooled from Legends Skrapnel

I think the designers will ditch the sixth member being both a limb and combiner target master in favor of the latter. That way they can recolor the five in the BWII Seacons.

Skrapnel doesn’t have a targetmaster mode

Oh right. Still I think he's going to be reduced to a legends figure since as stated the BWII Seacons didn't have him

Going back to engineering, I think I side with much of what Nobunagatron hypothesizes, i.e. that the front center shell splits and becomes the back panels for the robot legs and the shell cannons are removable (port for turtle mode circled on robot mode in diagram pic). The space between the cannons is much narrower in robot mode than in turtle mode, and the shape doesn't match that of the center shell pieces. I don't think it's simply a matter of rotation because then there should be flaps off his side or something.

I disagree however on the use of the hinge in the middle of the turtle form's back (green in my alteration of the diagram pic). I don't think that it's used for the rear half of the turtle shell/robot shield/gestalt chest, but rather is connected to the gestalt head, which is folded under the front center shell pieces.

It just dawned to me that perhaps Nautilator could be retooled from a weaponizer (Brunt maybe). He'd still be a deluxe size and could be the combiner targetmaster if possible

That's not a bad idea, but go against the mix and match play pattern that made "Scramble City" and Combiner Wars so much fun. Also it keeps us from making Scramble 7.

Yep that's Skalor. Looks like a heavy Blot retool.

And Piranacon's hands are articulated. (See bottom right)

    IT'S HAPPENING!!

Nice articulated hands! Finally. Hopefully, TT pays a little closer attention to QC and these don't end up like the Zone set all loosey goosey.

Hmmm, not only are the new combiner hands fully articulated, but they have a hole on the back of the hand. Almost like it can be laid flat to become the base of a new weapon-mode stand, like the old limbs did....

Edit: And he has the hole in his fish head's chin, exactly where the gun would plug in to mimic his old gun mode:
