I absolutely love what we've seen of Piranhacon so far (besides the pricetag)! Those hands and feet are the best they've ever produced. Now, it makes me wish all the other CW/PotP combiners had something so good. I still think HasTak should be open to offering small 1st party upgrade kits of their own on Pulse or something. Cash in on the discerning collector market a little more. I would absolutely buy hand/foot upgrades for every combiner they've done so far.

After being defeated time and time again by the Autobots on the recently-discovered ocean worlds of the <fill-in> star system, Galvatron forms another tenuous alliance with the traitorous Sub-Atlantians to facilitate their expansionist efforts. And the Seacons serve as their liasons.

    Dear Hasbropulse,

Make a Seacons boxed set for under $150 and we will forgive all of the Premium broken promises.

Wasn't feeling Snap-Trap much but glad to see the torso mode looks aces. Hands look a bit puffy but those feet look great, don't know what others are thinking saying they're too small, to me the various 3rd party feet always looked like a kid wearing daddy's shoes. But for those prices it's gonna be a solid pass for me, ain't paying more than $200 shipped for a hastak combiner.

I'm hoping it's not a titan master simply because I want to see that mold live up to it's potential. I'm forever sad that Open and Play chose to make gigantic figures because their Big Cannon would be an amazing CHUG Galvatron at 7 inches tall instead of 9+. That said, I'm excited to see what that Super Megs looks like.

Generations Selects King Poseidon looks like he's potentially even better than Unite Warriors Computron! Super hype to see the entire Seacon team!

what is the purpose of a fan forum if not to share hopes and dreams with other fans? I can find a reason to criticize every single toy that I own. It doesn't mean I hate them. I just enjoy thinking critically about this stuff. It makes me a more discerning collector as I start to understand what it is I really like. Not sure how that's a bad thing.

How fans treat each other is a different story...

Awesome. I’m so glad I don’t have to drop $500 on Poseidon now.

I’m still trying to figure out where they put Skalor’s robot arms in beast mode. Blot’s arms just drop lower, they can’t fold out of sight like Skalor’s seem to do.

Generations Select has been taking a surprising amount of my money. There's no way I'm NOT getting the Seacons, that was my favorite combiner set as a kid aside from Computron.

What I'd give for a rerelease of UW Computron via Generations Selects at this point...

So hey, the chances of Hasbro bringing up the Seacons at something like SDCC are, what, more than likely or no way José?

Seacons are looking good. Liking the new articulated hands.

But they are a bit pricey...

Been wanting this team for a while though, so guess I'll find a way.

On the contrary, Galvatron found the Seacons laughable in the U.K. comic (Enemy Action) and beat them easily.

Once again I'm confused as hell. With all the talk of Takara, Hasbropulse, God Neptune, King Poseiden, Piranacon & the Japanese pricing, I don't know what the fuck is going on exactly.

I miss the old days when the shit was sold in stores in waves & there was only 1 or 2 lines. I can't keep track of all this new bullshit they're doing. And these days collecting this shit is about as much fun as having poison ivy all over your balls. I just want to finish up my combiners with an affordable, normal priced fucking Piranacon. Is that too much to ask for? I can't afford to pay over $200.

I *think* they fold across the chest and into the hollow of the fish head. You can kinda make out what looks like the arms between the front and rear beast legs:

Just their promise of "epic perks". I've made exactly one purchase from Pulse. A minimum purchase to get Pulse for free this year.

Compare that to the dozens of purchases (discounted) that I got through Hasbrotoyshop.

yea, but pulse never promised anything solid aside from free shipping and more to come. so your perception of broken promises is a factual fallacy. pulse has also sold most of the deluxes for a 50% discount
