Has anyone pointed out yet that the new combiner feet not only have the same side-to-side rocker joint as PotP but also new front-to-back movement as well?

 

So US it's roughly $60 + $35 (x's 5).

I said a few months ago that this set would likely come up to about $225+ and somebody doubted it since that exclusive Takara Fembot Decepticon set was only about $180.00. Yet here it most likely is... charging them individually instead of as a set to get more $$$$

On the flip side if I cave and do buy this set it'll be the first time that I buy a CHUG combiner and not require 3P PE add on's for better hands and feet since they look great.

It's crazy how this will cost over $60 more than that PotP Predacon's which consists of 5 Voyagers yet none of us are bothered by it since the quality alone looks better than the Predacon's IMO. But it's NOT better than the upcoming Omega Supreme. As a result I'm not sure if I'm buying these.

 

I mean, it's a tough call to make (buying it or not). I don't blame the pricing though because I figure this will be a lot smaller production run then a mainstream release. Its either a higher price point or nothing (IMO).

If I had collected CW/UW combiners I definitely would jump on this. Regardless, it looks to be a very solid looking design.

 

So what are the odds that we see more stuff?

 

I'm not scrolling through 70+ pages of comments. But I think Piranacon's hand looks like Tentakil's tentacles. A sort of backpack.

True, I'm just tallying up everything remaining on my list that I'll be grabbing this year between Wave 3, 4, Selects, 35th anniversary and Omega. Which is what..? Close to almost $500 alone...

Then to top it off with another $235+ for these Seacon's. I honestly wouldn't have minded if they had a 2020 release date at this point since HasTak is even crucifying my wallet.

 

Has anyone figured out the molding of the remaining Seacons through the silhouette behind Poseidon yet? I think one is from the swoop mold

Oh, I know. It's pure anticipation because from what I've seen I know I'll love Victory that makes me want Dinoking too.
But I just love Monstructor's loud colors.

 

I collected CW *and* the Seacons are my favorite team so this is several itches being scratched.

 

God Neptune or we.. or at least I.. riot!

 

3P will find something to b*ch about and release some add on. Be it little guns or just stickers. That is 3P. And half the fandom will hate it because they are money grabbing...C..ts. And the other half will fangasm just because it made it so much more JEEWUN.

And here I am sitting on the sideline laughing at them all.

 

Oh my goodness, they look amazing. I've been waiting for Seacon updates for... well, I think it's 30 years at this point.

They were always my favourite combiner, and so chronically under-loved. Skalor and Snaptrap look fantastic, and the headsculpt on Piranacon is perfection.

Can't wait to see Seawing, my favourite of the bunch! (you can see his shape as Piranacon's arm in the silhouette)

 

Might be kibbletastic but it looks great! Seems like a remold of Blot. The monster legs and robot legs are the same mold. Chest piece too. Only the flap on the connector peg is different. And of course the entire backpack is the fish. Now I am curious how they did the tail of the fishmode...

I haven’t seen anyone “demand” anything. We’re excited for this, and some of us are expressing hope for more combiners in the future.
