Also, that article should say "Titans Return Galvatron." Galvy never got a POTP toy.

Selling Snaptrap separately makes me think we may get a Leozack from Starscream. If so, shit I may need to buy CW Liokaiser finally.

 

Just like POTP Prime this will only look good in robot mode and only then when viewed front on. Total shelf-dweller.

 

I need more info on Super Megatron.

Star Convoy is cool looking, but I have a surplus of Leader Primes at the moment.

Snap Trap needs a good looking beast mode, since that would probably be how he gets displayed on my shelf barring a full Seacon set.

 

I didn’t even know who Star Convoy was until this figure was announced, but he does look pretty dope!

 

Sweet! Now the Question is who will the rest of the Seacons Be remolds or repaints of? Unless they come up with entirely New molds of course. I can see Overbite and Skalor from the Rippersanpper mold of Course, and maybe Seawing from the Swoop/Cutthroat mold. I just don't know what Molds they could remold to get Tentakil and Nautilator from.

 

I don’t understand why everything Galvatron related ends up being a scale issue. I’m becoming convinced that the character’s cursed.

takara is using the generations selects branding, which probably means legends is over and done with. it also means that the "budget/repaint/remold" line might also see brand unification since hasbro started using that name first.

I don't know if I'll bother with Star Convoy, kind of feel I should to help my CHUG goal but I'm more interested in the two silhouettes.

If they do that, you won't need to. Takara has never released those molds overseas, yet. A Leozack remold would give them all of the ammo they'd need to fire up those modified CW molds and make a proper Lio Kaiser happen.

 

According to TFWiki, it's a Japanese exclusive. Dunno if they are accurate or not.
