Not if you pull the bottom helmet piece out of the c-clip. It makes grasping the face with the fleshy pads of your fingers, instead of your nails, much easier. Just put it all back together when done.

I'm a little too delicate with my figures, it seems. Have to wonder what that says about me. lol

I actually found the c-clip. That's a really good touch!

The headband is still super tight, but I used the swiveling face part to alleviate the process. Now I’m having trouble pulling out the triple-barreled cannon.

The panel that flips down to make room for the triple-barrel also flips up in the other cannon mode. Try pushing (gently) on that to dislodge the inner cannon. If that doesn't work, gently use something long and thin as a spudger to pop it loose. It's tabbed in towards the business end of the barrels, and will swivel on the peg that's plugged in. (Never try to remove it by tugging on the peg portion, you'll snap the cannon.)

One option might be to find another accessory with a 5mm peg and push on the cannon's peg from the other side and gently force it out, but never actually tug on it. The cannon's too thin to take that kind of abuse.

Oh I already got it out by wiggling the inner cannon out. But your methods sound more careful, so I’ll at least try them.

When the plastic made that creaky "I'm about to snap!" crunching sound, I knew other methods were needed. lol

I really, really wish they had remolded his legs to look more like Megatron's legs instead of Galvatron's.

He's Galvatron resurrected, so it makes sense he has a little bit of this, a little bit of that?

"In the year 2031, an evil force named Dark Nova, hoping to eliminate the threat of the recently resurrected Optimus Prime as Star Convoy, beamed a blast of crazy energy down to Galvatron's icy tomb. Galvatron was instantly revived and reborn as Super Megatron (スーパーメガトロン Sūpā Megatoron). Super Megatron erupted from the ice, horrifying local humans and polar bears everywhere..."

So did anyone else’s Super Megatron come with a slightly warped/stressed arm peg straight out of the box?

It makes it almost impossible to peg the cannon on mine, and of course if I do peg it on I have the fear of it eventually breaking.

I guess my luck at winning the bad QC lottery continues....

Could always try contacting the retailer to see if they can do anything, that sucks you got the short end. But no, mine doesn’t have that issue

Both of mine were like that. I just shaved them down at the end.

I got two and they're both good.
    Sorry.
The pegs are pretty tight in some spots, though.

Yeah, still fiddling with my Super Megatron copy and his joints are actually crazy strong. Especially the shoulders and wrists. My fusion cannon also pegs in super secure.

If anything was somewhat loose, it'd be the knees. I was expecting them to be stiffer, but even those aren't so bad.

Yeah, this might be my go-to Megatron for a long while. :D  Now I just need my mitts on a current Optimus Prime at some point.

The knees, outward hip axis, and forward/backward ankle axis have all gotten quite loose on mine, which is a shame. He can stand still fine, but more dynamic poses are slowly going out the window. Floor polish could probably work if I can get it in there, but all those joints don’t have much space between the pieces to get it in, so idk how feasible it is. Hopefully it’ll work
