Well mine was $65.20 which was the $59.99 plus tax. But it will vary depending on your tax percentage and if you want to pay for faster shipping (I took the free option).

They also took it out right after ordering Megatron, but my bank is showing the money was also just put right back not long after. But that could also vary from bank to bank, so you might want to use an account that's good for the amount and would be good without it for at least another 24 hours.

Anyone thinking of waiting for other shops... keep in mind how BBTS had the Seacons pulled after they found out they cannot order them from Hasbropulse. Meaning every other shop will have to order from TakaraTomymall, and since 6600 YPJ is the same as 60$, other shops will only cost more given they need to pay for shipping too unlike Hasbro.

Btw, anyone understands what is happening in the manga? Why is Snaptrap trying to stop Optimus from using the Matrix to (I assume in the future) stop Unicron? He was never affiliated with him. And why is Halfshell all damaged? He seemed fine in the first manga when he gave Snaptrap the new body. And why is Megatron attacking King Poseidon? He was fighting Optimus too...

Also, Megatron has tongue? Ewwww... that scene gave me much NOT needed flashbacks to KISS players.
I assume golden G1 Rodimus is supposed to be Primus (as he was first depicted in the comics). But who is blue Big Convoy, and why are random characters like Brainstorm, Skids, Straxus and Dirge showing up to attack Megatron? Also was one those cats the Battle Beast catgirl from the other manga that came with the Titans Return toys?

It is a remold and not an entirely new mold after all. Despite all the remoulding done, there are still limitations to what can be done regarding the transformation. Besides, he’s not supposed to look like a regular Earth vehicle in this form so an irregular tank mode makes sense for Super Megatron; but would not for regular versions of Megatron.

I would also say that it’s harsh to call Super Megatron “lazy” given all they have done to make him different from Galvatron. You may as well come out and say that you want a completely new mold, that’s the only way Takara can meet your demands. But this time, he’s an extensive remold of Galvatron. And I like Super Megatron having parts of Galvatron still; it makes him seem like an alternate evolutionary path to Galvatron. Similar but different.

Speaking of Galvatron, how much more powerful is Super Megatron and Ultra Megatron to Galvatron? Galvatron has a reputation of being the strongest regular sized Transformer even being able to take down gestalts single-handedly.

I like him even more after seeing the new photos. The extra face is an unexpected surprise and while I don't love TR Galvatron, I do like this Megatron being made from him because that's how it happened in the manga. It's all so fitting to me even if we do eventually get a new Galvatron in WFC.

I almost impulse bought Star Convoy a few times before he sold out on Pulse, but I'm resigned to being happy with my decision to skip him. I have more hope for a faithful Star Convoy update from Hasbro in the next decade than I do a new Super/Ultra Megatron, ever again, from Hasbro or Takara.

I went with The Chosen Prime this time for a different shopping experience.

I wish they would do a Blue Bacchus in the main line to go with Black Shadow. Its one of two figures that is missing from my collection ( Minerva is the other ).

There is a rumored Blue Bacchus selects possibly coming. His name is Blu.

 

The original listing from TRU Canada was a truncated MERCENARY BU (and some folks brought up it could be Bacchus with a tweaked name), but the full listing was later revealed to be MERCENARY BUGBITE.

That being said, here's hoping we get Blue Bacchus sometime down the road - Black/Sky Shadow needs his amigo in crime.
