true, i just dont see them doing god neptune so quick after king poseidon (like you said) and jetfire to star saber is one of the few ideas tossed around on the boards that i could see them doing. also, he'd be about the right size relative to lg god ginrai, they were about the same size in victory and both are roughly the size of a cw combiner

Given Galvatron had that crown flip out of a generous cavity in his chest, it would be easy to remove the headmaster gimmick. I'm liking what it's clear they did with mold. The cannon is on the side of his arm, jet mode is more cohesive, and they eliminated the cannon mode kibble.

I just noticed the treads, and comic of his H-tank mode. He's essentially MMC's IDW Megatron with a third mode (that is ironically IDW Megatron's official alt). Huh, now that I think about it. They could easily make a Selects of That Megatron.

I'm kinda into this. I sat out Star Convoy because I already have two of his mold, but I never bothered with Galvy. Who needs completion? It's a powered up Megatron.

Oh, I can't wait to get this bad boi locked down. Hell, I think he might dethrone my main Megs (being TR) so that will be awesome.

 

Hey, this actually looks pretty cool. I particularly like the tone of grey they used for Super Megatron which contrasts really well with all the red.

The TR Galvatron mould is not my favorite but here it looks really good.

 

Agreed. While I laud people's optimism about the possibilty for a Commander Star Saber (or even Grandus) next year, I feel the WFC 'non-sunbow' G1 menu is strictly going for US characters (so Thunderwing is more likely imo).

 

im of a similar opinion, the only thing that mildly sways it is star saber appearing in transformers 84 and deathsaurus being in galaxies, but even then that doesn't ensure figures

 

He looks cool, but not 6k Yen cool. And I just doen't see Pulse getting this, not without leaving the price the same. King Poseidon is a perfect example

 

Saw it from Baidu, so this Super Megatron is a triple changer.

wait, you dont see pulse getting this, using king poseidon as an example, but pulse got king poseidon? or are you saying pulse is likely to get it and charge $60 for it like with turtler from king poseidon? so far pulse has carried all of the takara selects, for takara retail, theres no reason to think super megatron will be any different

quad changer technically, he also has an ultra megatron bot mode

Interesting how much of Galvatron is kept, including moving the cannon treads from his arms to his legs. While the manga shows Megatron with a 3rd tank mode, I suspect a further retool for his ascension to Galvatron.
