    For those Selects figures, the vendor is stated to be "Hasbro Toy Group", though.

    They also appear to be using that line for manufacturers of products, so I don't think it is going to be a definitive answer. It's also worth noting Diamond sales are primarily meant for brick and mortar comic and specialty shops. So, taken with a grain of salt and some squinting, it can be said EE is still the "online" exclusive retailer.

    That is a “rumored” figure. Those were the alternate heads made by Hasbro back when they made it.

    I think Selects could be a really good opportunity to use a lot of these unused heads.
    Some of my favorite ideas from the list of unused heads on TFWiki...
    • BW Megatron from FOC Grimlock
    • Gutcruncher from T30 Roadbuster
    • Starscream from CW Skydive (only ever used by TakaraTomy for Grand Galvatron, and FunPub for SG Starscream)
    • Ratchet from CW First Aid (Ratchet head only ever used by FunPub [BotCon 2016 Customization Class] and TakaraTomy [Lynxmaster Ratchet]
    • Hoist from CW Trailbreaker
    • Armada Demolishor from CW Onslaught
    • The Build Team + Scoop and Quickmix from CW Constructicons
    • Toraizer from TR Sawback/Lione
    • Optimus Primal from TR Apeface
    • Star Convoy from TR Optimus & Diac
