I'm so glad they are minimizing the packaging. It's not on a store shelf so they can spend more of the budget on the figure than the decorated trash container. They should remove more box decos and add more to the figure.
Darn, I was wanting a Hauler out of this mode. I know they could do more but somehow doubt they will like Barricade getting the exclusive treatment rather than Diaclone Blue Bluestreak in selects.

For online exclusives packaging is unnecessary, but for items sold in physical shops there is still need for attractive. packaging
I think it's meant to be invokitive of the mailer boxes the TFCC used. Only differences being hasbro actually put some detail on the outside, but packed the figure on a sheet of cardboard instead of a foam insert.
weve seen other retailers show a reveal but it doesn’t mean it goes up the same day. Tier a few Star Wars and marvel stuff gets revealed early with orders following in a couple days sometimes
I'll be picking this up! Now can we get a new Ricochet from the Studio Series Jazz that also includes his target master? I know we had the potp mold as a selects figure but the Studio Series is far superior! How likely do we think that will be?
I'm down with this sickness. Not sure if we'll see Ricochet (Stepper) from SS86 Jazz since we just got him a couple years ago in Selects from PotP Jazz - and then, like all Steppers, went on clearance. If nothing else, it would've been nice if they had included Nebulon along with Nightstick to complete Selects Ricochet.
Yeah, but this one is a much better toy. I gave Scourge a United Nightstick to have a proper Fracas. Now Artfire’s Targetmaster will have a unique mold from Scourge. I’m guessing $40. Takara made it confusing when they used Hasbro Nightstick and renamed him Nebulon for Stepper. Then they used Hasbro Fracas and named him Nightstick and gave him to Artfire. Hasbro made it worse when they reissued Stepper as Ricochet and re-renamed the Targetmaster Nightstick. Granted, they’re different characters using the same toys...
