Is there some sort of Reprolabel set somewhere, that will let me put wingtip markings on my Sweeps to ID them as seperate 'cons? Else I've got 4 exactly-identical figures...

Is 26 sweeps needed? LOL j/k

I thought it was just Scourge and his 2 Sweeps. And Let's not get into Cyclonus and his Armada! I actually use RTS Cyclonus and have 2 Universe Cyclonus as his Armada!

With all the different gun configurations he has, plus Fracas available in both official and 3rd party flavors, I'd say weapon-system-config is the easiest way to diffreentiate them, especially if ya just have 4.

If you JUST want to give them some numbers, garden-variety aircraft model decals (or whetever) usually have number packs in various styles available.

Although there were numerous Sweeps in the G1 cartoon (and it is unknown whether this was an animation error or whether one of the sweeps who used to be an insecticon retained the ability to clone himself numerous times.) Scourge was most commonly seen with 3 sweeps who were numbered "Two, Six, and Seven.":

I keep my three Sweeps in this configuration: Left to Right. Sweep 2 uses Right Laser, the "top" of the laser weapon in his right hand. Sweep 6 dual-wields both as Center laser, Sweep 7 holds the same half of the gun as Sweep 1 in his left hand as Left Laser. Then Scourge is the only one carrying the combined weapon.

Scourge is suppose to have 3 sweeps normally

that said, i got 4 of the hasbro generations figure, and for now i just modify how they hold their guns and have scourge holding nightstick from universe 2.0 cyclonus and gave scourges gun to that cyclonus and made him "and his armada"

mmmm well.. Sweep two was never named, except in the botcon set. Only six and seven were named on the show as far as I know. I have two sweeps.

I would like cybertronian glyphs for numbers to put on the chest on the opposite side of where he has the Decepticon insignia.

1 through 7 would be nice.

In the cartoon, I think there have been 6 or 7 Sweeps shown at one time. I can't remember the exact episode... I'll have to rewatch season 3.

    I have 17 total....love the mold.

Only 4 of them are on display as "Scourge and his Sweeps"

Then, 6 of them are in the process of being modified with different heads and stuff like that.

As for the other 7, two of those are definitely gonna be modified, same treatment as the 6 above....and the remaining 5?.....I dunno.

But, I do love that mold.....

Was thinking bout picking up a United version to be my "Scourge" just to make him stand out from the rest of the "Sweeps" a little better.

For those of you that have the United version, is it worth the ePay prices?....

You could do what I did, or something like it, and paint different accents on them. And with how poseable the wings are, they can all look different.

Damn, you animal.:lol  I don't have the United version but, just from pics I would say no. While the shade of blue they used is fantastic, there isn't enough of it and the figure suffers for it. Too "broken up".

have I mentioned that I love this mold?....nice shot there BlackMagnus :thumb

What I've done with mine, in alt mode, the "Sweeps" have the "clippable" pistol on their heads, where as "Scourge" does not. In bot mode, the "Sweeps" have the wings stay closed, and given just the "clippable" pistol as their weapon, where as "Scourge" gets his wings opened and the fully combined weapon mode.

    :p

I'm just having a tuff time deciding "how" to paint them.....

and that's what I was gathering from all the vids and pics I have seen on him....ain't gonna lie though, I'd snag one for around $35 shipped if I could....but we all know that ain't gonna happen....

I have no desire for more than one Scourge, but I love your yellow Sweeps vs. red Scourge. Looks great.
