Can someone tell me, why didn't the Club used the Henkei version of that mold over the awful Energon Hot Shot?

That looks absolutely amazing! The mold works really well for him. I really wish there was a normal domestic release of the Takara version of the mold, since it has the guns and the holes for them on the back parts that would lessen the problems caused by the way they collide in robot mode.

I wish they would have. That mold didn't even have antennae if I recall properly.

Relating to the above post, I got the idea from the TCC version and thought why not use the Universe Hot Shot and here is the result. Thanks for the comments.

Add a black and white film grain and BAM. Noir Nightbeat.

    Thanks guys.

I was going to but I kept my Hardhead and I just couldn't split the guys apart. And be weary this guy has a crap ton of rub points.

I should have considered picking the Henkei version for this Reflecting back. Didn't they remold somethings so the backpack would not be as tricky to get into the right position?

Will be taking custom commissions again very soon.

It is the Hot Shot head still, just heavily modified. I used a sculpting putty to make the visor ,and also dremelled out the chin parts to get rid of the racer helmet look.

Like the guy said, they remolded the back bumper to accomodate the missiles. The TFCC Dion is the closest we can get to the Henkei version right now.

I'll start looking for a Henkei Hotshot.
