I'd assume any official reveals won't be til roughly the majority of ER is safely on shelf.

Potentially a titan tease for SDCC but no BW bombshells til Oct with NYCC.

Which is only 4months or so which is pretty soon in my opinion as Verno started this thread in early 2018!

 

As in more than just Cyberverse/ next cartoon fogures, or RED? What's keeping the result from being that Warden's "big" thing for BW fans being nothing more than a handful of RED figures of show characters? I remember the Netflix Cheetor thing... but what else do we have cemented?

 

Insider information, a Beast Wars movie (unless it gets cancelled), etc.

That was an enjoyable stream. The two hosts were very engaged. There's some points to take away from it:

• Tigertracks means the Netflix Cheetor isn't likely to be just a yellow Sideswipe (increasing the likelihood of a new mould)
• Beast Wars was confirmed to be part of the R.E.D. line
• They didn't address my Q&A question, so they could be saving BW related stuff for later
• They confirmed they'd be doing more Fan First Friday events for Transformers

They also said they may release more original Japanese figures through Pulse, so maybe Big and Lio Convoy could see a Western release.

That transformation is really intricate I never noticed until now.

 

TT certainly had their work cut out for them when it came to the MP, and they will so again when it comes to a new Generations version. The original figure is so iconic and did so bloody much, it's a high standard to meet, especially when I envision him as a Voyager, so there's less room to put everything.

 

I'd personally be ok if the got rid of the skull flail compartment in the arm and his arm guns could be accessories.

 

Would someone be able to jog my memory on the original Primal figure. I'm the best part of 500km away from my... 3 versions of it.

Can you transform him to bot-mode without rotating the gorilla face into the chest, thus leaving it on the outside? I'm pretty sure that you can, but without a physical copy on hand, I figured I'd ask.

The reason I bring it up is I think a new Primal could be redecoed or retooled into B'Boom, who retains the mandrill face on the chest in bot-mode. Instead of swords, he could come with two blasters that combine into his larger missile launcher.

 

I could very much see them taking notes from MP Optimus Primal and making a Generations Voyager Optimus Primal be basically a scaled down MP Primal with of course tweaks to fit him more for Generations.

 

Oh yeah, you can definitely leave the gorilla face out.

So I asked about future reveals and it's actually possible we may hear something BW related as early as July 24th. Assuming that ties in with SDCC at home?

Potentially more news in late August, then Oct.

Everything seems to be coming up Milhouse!

August - Netflix Cheetor reveal
October - WFC3 (Beast Wars)
