Polls like this remind me of middle school when the girls would pass around a list of their names and you were to vote for who you thought was prettiest.

Difference being I can't screw with the numbers by tacking on seventeen tally marks.

I'll say this, It's an untapped market to venture into. And, if the final product is something worth having it'll have my interest.

anyone has an idea what kind of animal is this? A different soundwave version.

 

So there are two Soundwaves? I love the designs and GT is my favorite 3P maker but if I'm going to collect these I'd like some consistency. Are these just ideas or are they making everything they have shared?

 

They've revealed intent to make 3 of the designs. Hot Rod, Prime, and Sideswipe.

The art is from an art book with these designs. Generation Toy is using this book as a source.

 

Two Jazz designs as well (love both but if I got to pick one for this line I'd take the horse).

 

Ah, that's pretty cool. Funny, because many of these designs remind me of Digimon.

 

I love it. And I hope they do other designs too. Like the Blitzwing and Arcee. I like how it's as if the G1 guys were in Beast Wars, but robo-beasts instead of actual beasts. I can see it. If BW had a 4th season, they'd be like, fuck it, and they'd just wake up Autobots and Decepticons on board the Ark and the Nemesis and rebuild them as beasts.

 

Wth is ultra Magnus supposed to be in that beast mode??

The more I look at it, it's actually kind of insane how well thought out those drawings are from a transformation perspective. Looks like zero "cheating" involved, literally everything goes right where the designs imply on both modes.

 

I hpe this line continues as well.
I'd really like to see how they tackle that Blitzwing design.
