Anyone got a Mixer (pref EU) they're willing to drop?

I know I'm probably totally late to the party, but I've started on replicating the LikeToys Jinbao kit for the GT. I am happy with just the knee extensions that are available, but wanted the feet supports that come with the LT kit, so I started with those.

And since I was already at it, I thought why not do all parts...

Had Scraper break on me unfortunately (roughly here)
Anyone know of a way to get replacement parts or i suppose a scraper without spending a fortune

 

You might find it easier to get the 1:1 KO by Daban and either use that or take the parts you require from that and put into your GT scraper.

I had a quick look and the Daban figure’s reference is 9902:



It is on AliExpress and is circa $26. Quite a good price. If you can find the GT version you will pay at least x4 that price.

I think getting the Daban KO is the easiest for you and most value for money option. If you can switch out the broken parts from your GT figure for the bits that work from this, I think that will be a result. Lazy me might not even bother doing that and just use this actual figure.

All of my Gravity Builder bots are Daban except for Mixer (Mixer is out of production from Daban and not to get anywhere) - They're a 1:1 match, so you're good buying one as a replacement or for parts. You wouldn't notice a difference.

 

Anyone knows where I can find the add-on kit for this guy? The one with the drills and the knee parts.

 

Robotoybase has it in stock.

 

I checked them, but with shipping it would be $100 dollars. I don’t think it’s worth it for that price

So I found it at tf-robots, I think it may be cheaper than robotoybase.
Does anyone know if the knee pieces would color match well with the 99DX version?

 

The text on the website is misleading. The kit WAS available in 3 different colors, it's not that you buy one kit and get parts for all 3 versions of Gravity Builder (Green, Yellow, Black). I'm sure TF Robots just has the green one and this matches with the GT-99. Shoot them a mail to ve sure.

 

Thank you, I will email them. The GT-99 and 99DX have the same shade of green right? Because I believe it’s different from the green on the original one.

 

I bought the kit separately as well, there's a slight color difference if you really look, but most of the time I cant tell at all.
The 99DX has more yellow in the green I guess.

 

I don't think I can tell the difference between the two greens from the pic, which is great. If I may ask, where did you buy the kit?

I want to pick up the Rebuilder set on BBTS just cause it looks like maybe the most ideal version of Devastator and the Constructicons for me other than mixmaster's head being a bit odd, but it kills me that it supposedly doesn't come with the alternate/g1 cartoon heads for crane/hook, bulldozer/bonecrusher, and navvy/scavenger (and i suppose the alt head for long haul/dump truck, though i deffo don't feel as strongly about that one as the others). Is there anyone who'd be willing to part with those heads? i'd really appreciate it.

 

Can someone help me find a Generation Toy Devastator that is Orange!

I would be okay if it's the daban rather than the generation toy brand. I just know the NBK green devastator wasn't a version that was stable enough for me.

I went through 3 of the Daban versions before I got one that didn't break in that exact spot. I am extremely careful with the one I have now. Aliexpress is where I got mine.

 

Damn is it that common of an issue

it is a poorly designed piece in my opinion, shame it didn’t get a fix somehow

 

Did the Generation Toy version have the same QC issue or not? Just wondering since the mark up on the GT is significant but if the QC is better that would be good to know.

Any tips for buying anything on Aliexpress? I think I looked into it once and it seem complicated.
