Likewise not a car person (with also not a driver license, albeit because of bad eye sight: no depth perception and a limited field of vision). But when I said the wrong model of car, I meant compared to the G1 version. Which of course, is a completely unjustified critique: it's not meant to be G1 Jazz, but IDW.

 

I've had him since his release and he's one of my faves.

 

Since I expect Takara's MP version Jazz will be released sooner or later, so don't want to invest in MT, or TW or TR's Jazz, instead I bought this one which has a modern car mode and won't be much of a conflict with actual MP version.

 

I hope Takara does an MP Jazz so people will sell THIS Jazz cause this is the only Jazz I want!

 

they've rereleased Devy in green and yellow atleast 1 if not 2x and i think they clear also was rereleased, it would've been nice to get a stepper out of this mold of the 4 MP Jazz, this one's my fav followed by T&R door wings and shoulder tires for the win

 

GT is also recently (like this month) put out a toon color and noir version of their IDW Optimus Prime.

 

Same here, I saw that guy's 175 dollar price, crazy. this guy looks so awesome and rubber tires are my favorite which is why i want him, ill either wait for a listing on ebay, something on tfw2005, or a reissue

 

Be pretty cool if we got a G2 in this mold. Or in a more traditional brighter white/ paint deco.

 

I'd be all over a G2 repaint, or even a Ricochet variant.

 

Is there really that much demand for this guy? Maybe I should sell or trade mine...

They did? I knew there was a release in yellowish and a clear green one, but I didn't know that it was released in those deco's and a re-release as well. I also thought the yellowish one was just released last year, but since the Gravity Builder set wasn't what I was interested in, I didn't stay up to date with those releases.

 

i know it went out of stock in all colors everywhere and then came back instock a about 6mons or so later in all colors, i remember because this was question on whether the models were still included when the came back instock

 

Does anyplace have this in stock? I’m a little surprised how hard he is to find. None on the junkion forums and none at any sites I’ve tried.

 

How about a Stepper repaint!?! This is a beautiful bot and I know GT will be able to make an outstanding deco!
