I like how Prime can store his gun in truck mode. Nice little video. That is a huge instruction book, but it looks thorough.

I think they did a great job on the sculpt and it seems to have some solid engineering ideas. However they should have spent the extra money to avoid the hollow arms. Just give him flip covers.

I guess this is something that the oversized KO folks would look at.

I believe these were by the same designer that does Iron Factory's stuff. I am absolutely on board!

Looks like sellers on eBay and aliexpress have it already . Showz and baba among the more reliable ones.

I'm very interested in picking these up but it's kind of disappointing to see that these are both conspicuously missing paint apps in places where the sculpt pretty clearly implies there should be ones--Optimus' forearm and crotch details and Megatron's abdomen details. I don't understand why even the "finished" product version of these look unfinished when 1) if I wanted a version with paint apps missing I could just buy the model kits and 2) Iron Factory and DX9 have proven time and again that people are willing to pay for a somewhat premium product at this scale. Just charge me a couple extra bucks and actually give them a proper paintjob. If I wanted to save money by sacrificing paint, you've literally already given me that option by releasing the model kits.

So other than using colored plastics are there any big differences between these guys and megasorry and the optimus getting doled out with TFM Menasor? It looks like the build quality is much better but I haven't done much research and only built the Shockwave that came with Bruticus some time ago which was great fun but felt very kit like.

TFSource received their shipment; maybe TCP pulled it off because they arrived?

I received these two little guys two days ago and while I am still happy with Megatron (I already have the clear and the grey version) I can't say the same for Prime: bot mode is ok, I don't like the gap on the chest, but still good enough. The nightmare started when I tried to transform it: rear part stuck on rotation which made me thing I was breaking it, side piece was keeping popping out and the front bumper popped out. To put it back in place I had to disassemble half of the torso. I gave up trying to transform it and it will stay in robot mode forever

I really want to love this Optimus, but there's just something about him that looks off to me, although I'm not entirely sure what. Maybe it's something in the proportions (shoulders too wide for his somewhat small waist?) or the fact too many surfaces are just completely flat with no detailing (e.g. shoulders, cab bumper).

Maybe I just need to see more pics -- or wait for Iron Factory or DX9 to have a go at a G1 Optimus!

That sucks =\ I hope that's not far reaching. The ones in the videos seem fine.

Tef, buddy, pal, chum. That vid. it's best to watch it on mute. you have a super heavy speech impediment of some kind or is it a super thick accent? not sure. All I know is, it makes it rather difficult to get through the vid. I had to skip through a lot of it. Do sound either super nervous, or very uncomfortable talking while on camera. My suggestion would be to plan out and write down what you say before you say it in the future. it may help you come off a lot better in your vids in the future.

Anyway, thanks for showing off both these guys. :)

I'm gonna be passing on that set myself. I just don't like it that much to warrant burning another 70 bucks on. It looks pretty bottom tier IMO.
