They just added a Sleeve. The box is the same brown box.
I'm ordering mine today.
I got charged for Zetar today (who was listed at the same time)
i pre-ordered the pair on friday morning, hasbro charged my account for both, then charged my account again for one of them this morning, overdrawing my account
Nightbird is paid and unfulfilled.
Zetar is authorized and unfulfilled. zetar is also sold out now. im worried that the double charge fuckup is somehow gonna cost me my chance at getting zetar.
The first time they charge you is to "Authorize" the perchance, it should be reversed at some point. If you're worried about it call your bank.
Have they got back to you yet? That's their fuck up not yours. Hasbro's website is not exactly a joy to order from. They've screwed up stuff I bought for my boyfriend twice.
the authorization charge is standard on every purchase from pulse, citing that as a fuck up isnt accurate
Overcharging you on the same item isn't a fuck up?
if you would actually read and understand you would realize it isnt. the initial charge is an authorization charge that goes away within a day or two, that happens on every single purchase from pulse. being ignorant of that fact doesnt make it a fuck up. now if he was charged the authorization charge and then charged twice (3 times in total) then that would be a fuck up, that it doesnt sound like that is what happened
Perhaps I don't understand, that could be. But it sounded like they were charged then charged again, to the point where they are temporarily screwed out of the items they paid for. Which still sounds like a fuck up or mistake of some sort to me, and I would certainly be making a call to get it straightened out, or at least refunded
Plus Hasbro sent my boyfriend the wrong orders twice and we had to argue with them about one of those items. So I'm kinda leery of buying from their website.
all preorders through pulse are subject to an authorization charge. this is a temporary charge in the full amount of the order that gets refunded, usually within two days at most. if someone preorders from pulse a day or two before the items release and only has like $50 in their account then the authorization charge may not be refunded in time resulting in a screw up with the payment. they use this authorization charge to ensure that the payment method being used is vallid.
Seems an inefficient and troublesome way of doing things.
But I appreciate you taking the time to explain so I can understand better. @tigatron2002
no worries i agree it is a bit of a hassle for the consumer, but it also does help on the orders page where you can see what orders have been through the authorization
I think the disconnect was when the other person did the "pre-order" on the last day. The temp-charge hasn't fully dropped off yet and then it went in stock. Also, as a rule (at least for me), when I pre-order stuff, I make sure to have more than enough on a card that I'm using in case such a thing happens. Also, I make sure that I do my banking with a more lenient bank - like a credit union, compared to the bigger ones.
Im trying to get Nightbird along with Zetar but now he's out of stock so that's a bummer
Woot! Just ordered my Nightbird! She's one of my grails! Also, this is the last time I order shit from Hasbroken, their SnH charges suck ass.
If you pay for Pulse premium ($99 a year I think?) you get free shipping, or if you order $50 or more it gets free shipping, at least in the US. Without free shipping, it is ridiculous.
EDIT: Correction, $50 a year. Thanks marvel b.
$50 usd a year. It didn't sound right so I needed to see for myself.
just got a shipping alert from fedex, my zetar and chromar will be delivered tomorrow, pulse has yet to send my shipping notice
Hopefully they put out any extra stock from the pre-orders soon because i really want Zetar!
