So Greasepit's sign itself: As much as hope sickens me... the car in the sign looks similar to a red corvette, "z-1" adds to that to me... Sure, sure, "Tracks," but more importantly: Rooooad Raaaaage!

Exhaust is amazing! Definitely going into my group of ragtag Decepticons of WFC Barricade, Dark Mirage and Nemsis Prime!

Exhaust look cool. If only Wheeljack\'s white turned out as well as Exhaust\'s did. Might have to get two and have one customized into Wheeljack (unless they\'re planning to do a G1-accurate Wheeljack down the line.)

I like Greasepit. It'll never be in bot mode, and the station looks fine enough for me. Now to track down the G1 versions of these in the near future. Getting down to the last few micromasters.

Maybe the misspelling of “exhuast” means this was an early bad batch and the eventual real release will be correctly spelled?

    Cool, cheers.

Good call on swapping the parts round, should help both of them.

Did they actually put these out on the market with typos and nobody freaking noticed? :lol

Well, see the bright side: At least when the second wave (if it ever happens) hits, the wrong ones will be a treasured variant :D

They both look good, glad to see Exhaust (Exhuast?) is red. Buying them both.

IDK, rejects usually don't make it to the packaging stage do they?

Everywhere else charges a premium for them, they’re at least £5 more than regular Deluxes in the UK, often making them the same price as Voyagers.

    Well....its two fold.

The fact that they decided to limit their availability by shoehorning them into the selects/pulse whatever, is whats doing this.
Even if they dont say its an exclusive/limited/blah blah, they sort of do it silently, by not releasing this on general retail, thus merchants been merchants, mark them up. Which in itself would explain the shipping blah blah costs.

In the end though as a practice it inflates the price for the consumer, which personally I dont understand the purpose of it all, but I assume hasbro has found out that this way they get more buck their bang....at least short term.

Perhaps the mistake was only caught after it was packaged?

It's katakana. It doesn't need a "translation". The individual characters have no meaning, they just represent syllables. You can learn to read it in a single afternoon if you try hard enough!

And yes, it does say either "Decepticon" or "Decepticons", since there is no plural-"s" in Japanese, and thus it's often omitted. TakaraTomy use it inconsistently, though - the Japanese counterpart of the early portion of the Thrilling 30 line was named トランスフォーマー ジェネレーションズ, or "Transformer Generations". The brand name itself traditionally doesn't get a plural-"s", but the name of the line did.

It's literally a slavish recreation of the sticker used for G1 Greaspit's gasoline station.

The 2003 Universe redeco of Spychanger Ironhide was an "escort vehical".

Doubledealer and Snapdragon weren't either despite being labeled as such in the CCG, which makes me wonder if Hasbro is reluctant to introduce that faction at retail. Because we are seeing retail figures getting the new Quintesson "faction" symbol.

So maybe they don't want to go too crazy just yet and have four factions on shelves?

Damn, Exhaust actually looks cool. Maybe if they made Wheeljack in this proper white instead of that hideous cheese beige, it'd have been worth buying.
