long story short. I pulled my Star Convoy out of storage and one of the shoulder cannons was busted, irreparable. I forgot to take a picture before I started work on it, but the little piece of plastic that actually held the barrels in broke off and the surface area to just glue it back on was too small to hold strong enough. (ngl, its kind of a terrible design because your instinct is to use the barrels as leverage to pop out the shoulder flap to transform him) anyway, imo he was too expensive to just replace, so I said fuck it and tore them both off entirely and made the tops of the shoulder 5mm ports using some wheels off of an earthrise Arcee. (gonna paint them silver or something later. though you cant really see them regardless of which mode.) And now he just had some combiner wars Arielbot guns on his shoulders until I can find something more suitable.
Nice work, if you want something closer to the originals and have access to a 3d printer, I made 5mm compatible versions to complete the altmode.
