Go for it, mate. It's a lot of fun making them (at least to me it is) and it is great knowing that you have one that it totally unique thanks to your own hands. Also, when they turn out nice, the praise is great. I actually I have a couple ideas for my next one. I'm not sure which I'll go with - either Wildrider or Swoop from the RSX. I'm thinking Wildrider to help bolster my 'con army and come that much closer to completing the Stunticons but I has such a good idea for swoop...... decisions decisions.
Your Customs Rock!!! I love that Breakdown you did! If you make a Wildrider youve' got to post a pic. Mabey when Optimus Prime comes out as that Dodge Ram you could paint it black and purple and make a Motormaster?
That is already the plan. Once Prime hits, I plan on doing two redecos - one in black w/ approperate highlights (however the vehicle is actually avaliable) for Motormaster and one in White w/ Blue highlights (which is an avaliable color combination) for Ultra Magnus. I am torn on doing Wild rider from Prowl of Mirage, though. We'll see, I suppose. I've only ever found one prowl, the one I own and he is not getting bashed. I am contemplating doing the rest of the Combaticons after the Stunticons. *Shrug*
VERY NICE COLLECTION!!! I have some extra Alternators and Microman parts I plan on using in my own custom kitbashes and repaints. I plan redoing the whole Stunticon army as well, possibly using a 20th Anniversary Prime for Motormaster. I've found a few KO Primes that are MUCH cheaper and would work.
Those customs look awesome. Love the Shockwave clone idea. Makes sense sicne the guy pretty much ruled Cybertron while the Bots & Cons were fooling around on Earth. Would've been awesome if they did that in Beast Machines. Also love that Shrapnel, glad he has 2 guns , it's fits his name.
