Wow, the upper body is so simple to transform, but the legs are Badcube/MP-39 complexity.

Isn't this guy the same price as GT-10 T-Beast Optimus Primal before shipping?

Depends where you buy. All my sellers have TB Optimus for $95. But I can get Rebel from RTB for $85 and $90 from Action Robo.

This looks so good but I'm worried with all the tabs, flaps and articulation that this'll be a floppy-bot.

Also, the Autobot symbol goes on his abdomen? If we're adhering to IDWness?

I flipped a desk whilst watching the transformation video. I mean, whilst it's very appropriate that a Prowl figure would look stiff and overly fussy, what is GCreation's deal with hideously unfun overcomplex transformations and with that grey plastic?

Obviously, based on the video, this guy is nowhere near Ultra Maxmas for sheer 'Fuck This Sky-High' as a Transformer, but it's left me hoping Generation Toy do this guy too and FAST. I may have to buy him simply because he's the only IDW Prowl on the table, but I know I'm not going to enjoy him in the slightest. What a fucking shame.

Really? The transformation here doesn't look that bad, especially compared to their idw optimus. I hated the transformation on their op and it was the only thing stopping me from getting it

It's far more elaborate than it needs to be - especially in the legs.

Why doesnt it need to be that elaborate? Do you design transforming figures yourself? They tend to try and get both modes as accurate to the comic as possible and do so requires more than a hasbro deluxe level of transformation.

Agree. The leg transformation was such a journey, reminds me of my Badcube Wardog. Good thing it was only in the legs.
