Just realised I've still got this pre-ordered, but given it's been nearly three years since I paid for it and there's no sign of movement, it's time to try and get my money back.

However, how do you contact GCI Toys? Their website link to "contact them" doesn't work and the drkillinger email address just gets returned.

you should try again. some new events have happened, if you have a paper trail of your payment you may be able to get something, even if it's been years. This guy robbed you and many others, including his friends.

 

Still got the Paypal e-mail and order conformation. What have people been doing?

 

head over to the Killinger thread and contact the guys who are trying to sort it out. seems like they are trying to help....dont get your hopes up, but maybe they can get your cash back.

 

Ain't shit we can do at this point except go to small claims court. When I contacted the guy that is taking over he basically said he didn't have any records that far back so he'd put us on a list to ask Will about. I'm almost at the point of counting it as $40 lost which really pisses me off.

 

Yeah I reached out and got no reply. Lesson learned which I should’ve got during the shotgun outing.

 

Yeah after reading about whats going on now, I am so glad I got my refund for this last year. Was looking very much forward to getting a great Guzzle. Maybe MMC's will turn out nice. Hopefully u guys will be able to as well, good luck.

Does anyone know if there's a fraud incident raised with Paypal that I can bounce off the back of? At this point, it's probably my last chance to get a refund.
