    I don't have HBO saw seasons 1 & 2 on dvd, spent my entire Saturday watching season 3 on the free preview weekend. Had nightmares about my head getting chopped off, crazy too many shows in one day. With that said, I can't believe that pretty much the whole Stark house went out like that, not expected at all. At this rate I hope the Mother of Dragons kills everybody and rules the whole realm, which probably won't happen.

    Finally got around to watching season two (just finished it a few hours ago, actually). :D  The Battle of the Blackwater was so intense! Easily my favorite episode so far! And the White Walkers riding to the Fist with their army of wights was so awesome! Hopefully I'll get the season three DVD set soon, and then I'll finally be all caught up. :D

    My friends got me into Game of Thrones about a month and a half ago, and I just finished season 3 today. Really loving it, can't wait until season 4.

    After being slightly underwhelmed by series 3 I'm really looking forward to series 4, plenty of significant events to cram in.

    Oberyn Martell looks as I imagined him. The internet rage at his casting was bizarre. Good to see Alistair Thorne back and the new Mountain looks the part on 1:25.

    Martin and HBO themselves have publicly stated numerous times since the end of S3 that HBO is putting MASSIVE pressure on him to finish his next book as soon as possible due to the very legitimate concern that the series will catch up to the books.

    If GRRM lives to see the end of this series I'll be surprised. Happy of course, but I don't expect it to happen.
