So what are you hoping for? Galvatron keeps his KSI-cube transformation, gets rid of it for a more traditional one, or the third option.

He keeps it, and becomes a master of it. He shapeshifts, flies around, dodges attacks....Personally, I prefer this. I love the idea of him dodging attacks by turning into a stream of cubes, and the idea of him shapeshifting. Him being a demon with 'supernatural' powers sounds awesome for Galvatron.

Keep it and upgrade it. His ability to transform in such a manner not only highlights his unnatural origin, it's also an absolutely phenomenal ability for a giant killer robot to possess and I doubt an opportunist like Galvatron would trade it away.

We've seen him use it defensively, breaking down to avoid Bumblebee's missiles, but what if he learned to use it offensively, offensively as in he takes advantage of the molecular state to force himself through the joints/chinks in an opponent and reform inside of them to destroy the foe from the inside-out? That'd be insane.

 

I kinda want Galvatron, Cyclonus and any other new Decepticons to have that transformation. I dont want them to be KSI drones but maybe Galvatron finds a way to build his own force that way. I think it would be cool and would set them apart from the Autobots.

 

Or as a method of infiltration, like the nano-bots that Ravage deployed in ROTF. It does open up a number of possibilities. Also he could in theory become a multi changer, taking on whatever alt modes he wanted without his bot mode changing.

 

I voted for lose it, mostly because I want it done completely different. I don't mean make it the same as Optimus... but there has to be something better than the kreo transformation

 

A wide range of possibilities opens up to Galvatron. I'm curious to see what he'll be up to in TF5 with such a power at his disposal.

Yeah that is full of possibilities. Also Galvatron was originally meant to be a Nemesis Prime.

I can see him pull something like Beast Machines Megatron did to mock Optimus.

 

I think an upgrade of the shapeshifting would be pretty nice considering in AOE he was supposed to have been under KSI control, so he maintained the illusion of control. Now he has announced his sentience, making it so that he may be able to control the programming of the "Transformium." If that is possible, he may be able to change his alt mode, or it may open up a possibility of him having a G1 style cameo, even if it were for popping off a shot or two as a giant cannon, which would be awesome! Now he could potentially be the badass villain who kicks butt in close-quarters combat versus Lockdown who up until the final battle, only killed or damaged through long range weaponry, ie gun face or shoulder launchers. If he keeps the transformation, he may also be able to pull stunts similar to what Nightcrawler could do in Marvel comics.

 

Keep but upgrade. He will be the only one to have that ability so it won't be overused like all of the "Decepticons" in AOE. He's the only remaining man made 'Con.

 

Keep it, I think it's cool. He's not invincible is he? He's a solid robot when he's in robot mode so a quick fast blow and he's down.

 

No, he's not. Obviously his solid forms are vulnerable to damage, and attacks could disintegrate/damage his molecular form if he doesn't dodge it.

However, he is much trickier to hurt than other robots, since he can use his molecular form to dodge attacks and reform for a counterattack. He's kind of like Mortal Kombat's Smoke in a way with his ability to shift into a shapeless form to complement physical power.

 

Optimus was throwing him around on the highway, why didn't he just change to cube form and reappear in front of Prime to kick him in the face like he did the forest fight  

 

At that point he was being controlled by KSI. Until he was ready to unveil his deception, he needed to play by their rules.

Now that he's a strong independent truck who don't need no KSI, hopefully we'll see him put his ability to much better use.

 

I don't like it that much, but since he'll be the only one with that ability, I say keep and upgrade it.

 

I think a Twin Shockwave and a couple of Traxes survived along with Galvatron, but knowing the movieverse, they will be forgotten.

 

They all got caught in the transformanium blast from Prime.
