You know how Lockdown said optimus was not born but "built", well we already can be assured that the quintissons if not a qunit-esqe force sent Lockdown, but we know the story of the 4 faced freaks, how they created the transformers but they turned against them?

well heres how I think it connects to how Galvatron and the vehicons gain self awareness which leads to the birth of a new Decepticon empire, its something that just hit me; history that has happened on cybertron is about to repeat itself on Earth.

The quints or whoever these "creators" are must have made the allspark to use to create transformers, and what happened? The transformers became sentient and turned against them.

and guess what the humans are trying to do? Make their own Transformers to defend the earth without the autobots, probably the same way the quints did and guess whats gonna happen...

thats right, history is going to repeat itself.

This is probably what Mark meant of "one species playing around with another" and "blance of the galaxy is messed up"

the humans are gonna make the same mistake as the quints, and because of it a new leigon of decepticons will be born.

which makes me lean on the possiblity of Galavatron and a handfull of vehicons surviving and escaping with the factory plans at the end to build a new decepticon army in the next movie.

Well we don't know is it is the quintissons and we don't know if they did turn on them, we also don't know if he was talking to Optimus, plus one species playing around with another could be humans against the Transformers

I believe that the scene where Galvatron fighting Optimus Prime isn't his first deployment, And the Quintessons have been secretly watching over him for a while. So the Quints send Lockdown down to Earth not only to Capture Optimus Prime, but give Galvatron sentience, as they believe that Galvatron is an Excellent Warrior.

I would like the source of the claim that Lockdown says Prime was built and not born. I've never heard of this.

 

Lockdown's only interference with OP was in animated, so we don't know much about this guy. In the Movieverse, anyway.

 

Galvatron definitely gains sentience at some point. We already know his VA, unless he's just there for growls---
