Stinger was a henchmen. Despite his appearance, he was just meant as a meaner looking Bumblebee. Personally, I liked him. I would have liked to see him live and be Megatron's apprentice and keep playing the evil counterpart to Bumblebee, but I thought he was a cool idea and I get why he didn't have much of a personality. To answer you, not really. They shared a group shot of Megatron and his cronies, but I think that was it.
there's at least one shot of them driving next to each other when they're both still supposedly under human control
Stinger was quite bad ass, since he was one of the few that were able to beat Bumblebee in a fight. But i'm quite disappointed for his lack of screentime and how he die. I expected his fight with Bee to be longer
No, he doesn't say anything. Bumblebee kills him. Its actually a pretty cool scene, Bumblebee tries to escape on Strafe but Stinger clings to his tails and the two brawl on top of him for a while before they crash and Bumblebee finishes him off, throwing his head to Strafe who eats it while quipping about hating knock-offs.
I kind of feel meh about how Stinger was handled, he blended in way too much with the generic red Traxes when in bot mode, I thought he was just another drone when he latched onto Bee at first. He really didn't do that much at all to be honest, except for shoot a couple of missiles when chasing the autobots and getting blown to smithereens by Bee. He felt like any other drone to me, just with a brief background.
But he was THE DRONE, Basically Humans looked at Bumblebee and give him thr finger in the shape of Stinger, And Stinger was supposed to the Superior Bumblebee! All Bee had to do was kill him and prove he was better.
Stinger was basically a drone. The decepticons did not exist in this movie, besides Galvatron. Here's hoping to the next one, that Starscream and Soundwave persona's are floating somewhere.
Yeah I felt like Stinger was wasted potential. Could have kept him alive and had a cool arch-enemy for Bee. Galvatron was cool but wasn't really in much. More set-up for the sequels. Welker was awesome.
Well Starscream's head was blown apart by that boomstick in DOTM, and Bee blew away Soundwave's head. Pretty much the only heads it seems they were able to salvage were Megatron's, and Sentinel's (I assume, since they kept talking about 'heads,' and we only ever saw Megatron's).
