Was there really only one version of Reflector released back in the day, with the red, blue and purple guys? I distinctly remember owning an all purple/blue Reflector. Could it have been some sort of 3P knockoff? I seem to recall it had a flash that could launch a missile out of it. I tend to have a bit of a bad memory, but this is one of the guys I distinctly remember having, but now all I can find any record of is this multi-colored version!

 

it was either a knock off, or you are remembering it wrong.

there was the original Micro Change Camera Robo,
a knock off of that, and the mail away transformers version.

 

is it possible that it was something somebody repainted? sold, or gave to a used shop, like goodwill/valuevillage, that you picked up?

 

they were all the same color in the cartoon. maybe that's what you remember.

 

I checked tfwiki and it just says there was only the mailaway version. And yeah, I know in the cartoon they were all purple...which makes me even more convinced what I had must have been all purple as well, because I know me, and I would have been mad for life if they were that far off the cartoon! But it seems like I must have just imagined the whole thing because no one seems to know what I'm talking about. The frustrating thing is I kept all my toys until after college, but after that my parents got divorced, and when my dad later moved out of that house, my sisters helped him and threw away all of my stuff! So many good transformers and gi joes in there.  

 

wtf they couldn't even contact you and ask if you wanted the stuff? boy I would be so pissed off. that's why when I moved out on my own years ago I took all my stuff with me. I wasn't risking anything.

Well it was kind of a weird situation. I had recently joined the Air Force and lived 2000 miles away, and didn't want to take too much at the time since I would be moving around a lot. My dad was in the hospital when he had to move out of the house and so my brother-in-laws moved everything, and they didn't want to take extraneous stuff since he was going to a house that was like 1/5 the size! But yeah, I was pretty pissed because there were only a few things I wanted them to keep, and the random stuff they did keep wasn't any of it. :/
