So this was my first attempt casting the smoke stacks in Sterling Silver. I had made a rubber mold and cast them, but there is porosity, so I'm going to redo them. The left stack has patina to darken in the recesses, the right is shiny. I may end up redoing them in CAD to avoid some of the casting issues. PS this is both because the old ones break and to avoid all chrome wear. The drums on his legs are next.
