G1 Optimus Prime Walmart Reissue thigh stickers

    I've noticed a difference between the original G1 Optimus Prime and the Walmart reissue thigh stickers. The other stickers have also been changed slightly but the thigh stickers are most noticeable. Was there any reason to change the original designs? It just seems a bit unnecessary.

    appears the mold is different so they needed new sticker shape?

    Different factory taking some liberties, probably. I mean, the mold itself is already different enough. A slight variation in the stickers is just icing on that cake.
