G1 Optimus Prime Gun

    I have had my 25th anniversary G1 Prime for a while now. I really enjoy it but when I try to attach the gun the fake trigger gets in the way causing it to not go all the way into the hand. Do you think I should mod it or let it be?

    same thing with mine but i left mine alone you should do the same if you are gonna sell it but if you are not do what you please

    Fake trigger? Is it different than the original G1 gun somehow? Or are you referring to the "fake" hand grip? If that's the case it's the same that's always been since 1984, in that it never did fit well... you either had it angled to the side, so the grip was off to the side of his arm, or didn't try to put into the hole in his hand the whole way so it could sit straight.

    Just cut the thing off... It's annoying that they would include such a mistake.

    Optimus Prime doesn't hold the gun by the end of the handle and neither should his toy.
