I have these. They are cute, and a great G1 refresh.
No battlemask on Bumblebee, no interest. The original battlemasked toy was more Bumblebee to me than the cartoon or the comic (except issues 1 & 2, where he had the battlemask).
Anybody know where I can find one cheap? eBay is ridiculous for the yellow one.
I wonder how many car accidents were reported near the area from collectors jumping in their cars flying to get these
If you can put up with a small plastic loop on the back bumper, the keychain reissue of Bumblebee from 15 or so years ago has the original face mold and is relatively cheap.
I thought they were found a while ago.
Not in the US.
Cool, thanks for the info. I never thought to look for the keychain version. Just ordered it from ebay.
So, what face does the Bumblebee have here
That’ll happen when you f*ck up the packaging.
I'd be more excited if Bee had his toy face...
Yes they are, I ordered mine from their website, and then saw them in store a few weeks later.
I'm sending the wife to walmart tomorrow. She shall search each day within a 15 mile radius until she picks up each mini.
I'm going to get two Bees, one for me and one for my nephew.
Minibots are cool but about a reissue of g1optimus, prowl, sideswipe, ironhide and jazz
Why does Hasbro not think the rest of the world would want these ?
That’s news to me. And if it is true, that’s a really weird place for them to be.
Transformers G1 Reissue Minibots Out In Australia - Transformers News - TFW2005
You would think that Walmart.com would put up more of these.
The cartoon-inspired face sculpt originally created by Takara for their Transformers Collection "bookbox" reissue line back in 2004, and used again for their Encore reissue line in 2008. In fact, all these figures, including Bumblebee, are essentially straight re-releases of the versions from the Encore "Bumble & Minibots" set, with their improved decos, only missing Pipes.
