All Hail Galvatron!

 

Not voting. Both arguments have merits and flaws. Galvatron was a threat yes, and more fearsome yes, but he was also insane and could make questionable decisions as well as beat up his own troops. That makes him more of a threat too since one would never know what he is going to do, but again, the insanity also works against him in that some of his decisions were downright stupid.

Megatron, while he is not as powerful or as much of a threat, he is far more mentally stable. Yes, some of his plans are stupid as well, but at least he had some time to actually plan the attacks he did, which was why he was more capable of a leader. Plus, he was most likely aware of the fact he had fewer troops, which is why he never got rid of Starscream despite his treachery.

In the end, I can't choose between the two, as, as I said before, both have flaws and merits. Just my take on this.

Megatron was the best Decepticon leader. Galvatron had the best voice (R.I.P. Leonard Nimoy).

 

Both are awesome. But Galvatron is my favorite out of the two.

 

Galvatron was an incredible character. Long live Galvatron!

Every portrayal of Megatron has, to date, been better than every portrayal of Galvatron minus the Movie (since he was still acting like Megatron) and the UK Galvatron simply because he was on another level.


So I vote Megatron.

I'm saying Galvatron. He's clearly stronger, he no longer needs Starscream to hold him, the first thing he did was to actually kill Starscream, his voice even sounds better and not just in the movie but in the series too. He may be insane but despite that he seems far more threatening than Megatron ever was.

 

Keep in mind that the poll is about 14 months old.

 

I know that's why I was questioning why I never seen the poll before today. I've been on the forums longer than this topic has existed and I check the forums at least once a day even when I don't actually post anything just to see if any interesting topics have popped up so how the heck did I not see this before?

Well I may have taken a break for a couple weeks but I haven't been gone for 14 months so where has this thread been hiding all this time?

 

Megatron was good tho,

I have to go with Galvatron hands down. His insanity is what made him great in my opinion. Led to very random things. Great design. Like Galvatron enough, I picked up Fans Toys Soveriegn.
