Were the Duocons the first "auto" transformers, ancestors to todays auto convert? And does any one have the instructions to him, I get it done, but I would really like to know the correct way?
Haha... you don't really need instructions to transform Duocons. You just place the pegs of the aeriel vehicle into the holes of the ground vehicle , use a little force to click them together, and viola, the spring-loaded mechanism will do the transformation for you. The end.
Not really , the first Transformers to somewhat Auto Transform , without having to do it yourself , where the Jumpstarters ... "Topspin" and "Twintwist"
I always loved Topspin and Twintwist but especially Flywheels! There were a other auto transforming g1 toys. The Autobot team of pull back cars was another group I liked.
They weren't Autobots , you're are thinking of the Battle Chargers , Runamuck and Runabout , they were actually Decepticons. ....... I was going to mention them, but he was wondering who the first ones were .
I think odeen is thinking of the throttlebots. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Throttlebots They don't transform automatically but they do have the pull back motors. Fun toys.
w Ya and that is how I have been doing it, mine fit really tightly so I guess I have been doing it the right way.
Yes the throttle bots. I thought they popped up like battle chargers. I will have to go digging for one to have a look. I had them all for a while but I think one of my friends "borrowed" two of them from me back in primary school.
