i have a question about the autobots prowl, bluestreak, and smokescreen. ive got the tfc reissue of prowl. i ordered the tfc reissue of smokescreen and i also have the usa reissue of silverstreak on the way.

im trying to put together a silverstreak with chrome missiles. i was just going to use the extra missiles that came with prowl and smokescreen for silverstreak, but i know the missile launchers on the usa release were modified. so, does anyone know if i need to replace the missile launchers as well. or will they work with the chrome missiles from the tfc releases.

thats all i need to know really. i just want to get a jump on it if i need to replace the missile launchers... and to decide if i should buy the chrome gun alone or in a package deal with the launchers.

what!?! so the hands on the use release silverstreak will have bigger holes im guessing. ill just have to put some tape on the handle or something cause he needs a chrome gun... would that fix the problem?

 

whoops.... I was thinking of the vintage gun compared to the reissue. All the reissue parts are interchangeable  

 

The USA reissue gun has a ticker handle than the takara one, so don't expect silver to hold the takara gun too well

 

i was planning on buying a vintage chrome gun because they seem easier to come by. its good i asked.

so what is my best option to replace the black gun with a chrome? has anybody done this?

sounds like the usa reissue is the thickest handle.

do the tfc guns match the G1? if i did get a G1, could i use maybe a bit of tape to build up the nadle? ive never tried anything like that before.
