That's awesome. As a kid of the 80's, I'll always remember Sgt Slaughter.

I loved Sgt Slaughter, He was the main reason I watched the movie on TV. His commercial intros were awesome.

I have the original Sgt Slaughter figure with that marching stick. I always thought that was a funny accessory. But his little white tank rules.

As I a kid in the '80s, I f-in' hated Sgt. Slaughter. My attitude hasn't changed since then. My GIJoe collection will be just fine without this, or his '80s counterpart.

Now this is awesome (third one down). Hama penning a GIJoe mini that takes place before Marvel #1. Sgt. Slaughter can suck it! That's the best GIJoe news in over a decade.

Interesting. I think my original Sgt. Slaughter was "killed" in the great war. :D

The joe declassified book is what I have wanted for a long time. I will definately pick it up! It has the characters I feel in love with in their orginal costumes plus THE gijoe writer Larry Hama. There was just something about those first 15 or 16 issues :)  I just don't think joe has been very good since Image took over. Some was good(serpentor arc) and lots were bad(red shadows, american elite, sigma 6).

Slaughter was cool , Digital-toys has his playskool version for cheap, or had.

Can't remember what the little white tank he drove was called.
