Got this email today from them....

Hello,

Please note that all of the Domestic membership figures went in the mail May 30th. These go Standard Rate via the Post Office (Internationals go a different service and were mailed June 2nd). There is no tracking on any of these. Domestic can take up to 4 weeks and International can take up to 6 weeks. Please do not call our office or email and ask about these figures as there is nothing we can do to check on them. We will not be taking any issues on the figures until after July 2nd for Domestic and July 16th for International.

In addition, your close friend or neighbor may receive their figure before yours. Please don't think that they will all come to a particularly area at the same time. These are delivered by the Post Office and it is not always consistent in any one area.

i was a member with them for two months didn't get my stuff or the waspinator i bought off their site waste of time

 

while i do understand them addressing this, i am pretty sure anytime i have received an item from them even the freebie, a tracking is posted on the label they use.

if so, i dont see why it is so hard to send an email to everyone with it so they can avoid everyone calling and asking about said figure(s).

 

This is the strange (funny) thing, there is no such thing at the post office as standard rate. there is standard post, first class and priority. If it's a small item like an action figure priority is often cheaper and faster then standard post (about $6 for priority and almost $7 for standard post) but the cheapest and fastest rate to ship a single figure out is first class at about $3.26. That includes a tracking number for free! It sounds like they are paying twice as much for shipping then they need to and they aren't even getting half the service.

If Fub Pub can't prove that any of these orders have reached there destinations then couldn't you file a dispute with your credit card and not have to pay them a cent.

first class mail DOES NOT INCLUDE A TRACKING #.

standard parcel and priority mail DO....

First class has NEVER included a tracking # unless you pay the extra fee for it.

 

Actually, if you buy your postage online or through a service like Stamps.com, Pitney Bowes, etc; First Class does include the tracking for free.

 

That might be provided FOR FREE BY THE COMPANY contracted to sell postage ...But it is NOT FREE FROM USPS.

USPS has never provided FREE TRACKING on first class mail.
