You know ebay takes 20% right?

 

I thought it was 10% + 3% payment fee and 30 cent transaction fee? Ebay Member since: Mar 17, 2005 and over 5000 transactions

 

eBay takes only 10% unless you promote it then it's another 5% and PayPal takes 2.9 %

 

the money go straight to my bank account...It don't go to my paypal account anymore. whats the 5% for?

 

When you create a listing on eBay and you go to activate the listing it will ask you to promote the listing so more people can see it, you have a choice to promote it or not. If you promote it then eBay charges you another 5%.

 

I never promote any of my listings on ebay. Thanks for the info
